"Dulan Wijesundara check the ribbon cables going from your T-con board to your panel. Make sure there are no small tears etc. Check that they are inserted straight into the connector and that the connector makes proper contact.

Apply some gentle pressure on the TAB's and see if the image changes."

the display of that region is broken u would need to get it replaced
Cleaned my tv, checked all connections. All seemed good. But it came back. So I gave it a small wack on top where the black stripe was. And voula
