Both windows won't roll up or down

Both windows won't roll up or down Both windows won't roll up or down, if one works the other will, they have been dependent on the position of the drivers door for some reason, now stuck on being rolled down. I checked the fuses on the side of the dash. Nothing refers to a window fuse. Are there more somewhere else? If not, what do I do now?? Cheryl
