all windows will not roll up or down

"I think you should buy one of these maybe even from a junk yard to save a bit of money and install it in your car.

Most likely, the window motors are not the problem since all of them should not be failing at once.

The fuses or relays may also be your problem. Locate them in your owners manual and you can change them for short money at the local auto parts store.
