Cold water not entering on spin cycle only

Cold water not entering on spin cycle only Cold water enters at start, won't open on rinse cycle or spin. Temp sensor works on start fill and warm will work on rinse cycle. Just no cold rinse, leaks in but does not flow in on cold rinse settings only warm/cold or cold/cold settings fail. ANSWERS:
