Dodge Magnum. Head lights flash off for a few seconds while driving. While driving my head lights shut off then back on. Never the same amount of time sometimes half a second and sometimes for a few seconds. The car never shows any reduction in power. How should I go about process of elimination. 2006 Dodge Magnum.
