Fan will not stop

Vent Fan runs any time Door is Closed. Suspect Vent/Motor Triac and associated circuit. TAC201 Triac 3560; RY209 Relay G5T-1A-AS1; PT201 Photo Coupler TLP560J. All of these parts are loated on the Printed Circuit board which is easly accessable.
