Frozen-Veg starts by itself automatically. Is there a shortage?

My microwave automatically turns on for frozen-vegetable at various times. There appears to be a shortage of some sort. I reset the microwave, but the problem still exist.

My microwave its all pilling inside on the sealing we keep used it, some one said that this cause radiation is that true, Im very worry and I will appreciate if you ca give more information about that. Thank you.
