How can I replace a damaged headband cushion?

How can I replace a damaged headband cushion? I was told that I need to disassemble one side of these headphones, in order to slide the new headband cushion on. I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this. Any help or instructions would be helpful. ANSWERS:
