How can I stop oil from leaking from the spark plug hole?

How can I stop oil from leaking from the spark plug hole? My 1993 Ford Ranger uses 2 quarts of oil a week. I changed the spark plugs and one had oil all over and inside the hole where the plug screws in.

I bought a couple of spark plug oil seal from 4WheelOnline and a couple of truck accessories. I did the repair by myself. Its a 1-hour job.
