I have to un plug and plug back up then some times it just goes off b

rubydo@windstream.net sounds like you have an issue with the power board. You will have to give us your complete model and make sure that you have access to a multimeter in case you will have to do some checking. It will also help if you take the back off your TV and check the boards for anything obvious like domed or leaking capacitors.
