I spilled water inside my monitor, what should I do?

I spilled water inside my monitor, what should I do? this isnt my monitor, the one i have was not listed. i have a MSI Optix G24C 24in. i spilled water inside it and it looks like the water is stuck. this happened a few days ago, and the monitor works itself turns on and works fine. i have put it by a fan for over a day and i can see it slightly getting better and i want to know if theres anything i can do. this is a screenshot of what it looks like.
