Install a Headphones remote into different Headp. Without remote?

I have some Sennheiser in ear headphones without remote. Is it possible to cut out a remote from different headphones and built it in to my Sennheiser? And if yes, on wich part of my Sennheiser do I have to make the cut for the remote?
