it all of a sudden lost audio and video.
i have a lg 42lb 5600-uz. it all of a sudden lost audio and video. when i turn it off i can see a quick flash of light on the screen when i turn it on..i assume its on because the optical digital audio out light red light on the back comes on..my quiestion is if it is the cpu wouldnt i still have audio? so i thought maybe its the power supply, but would i get that quick flash of light i menctioned or would the red optic light on the back come on? any advice would be greatly appreciated

'''mike dow''' this sounds more like an issue with the main board. Both audio and video are generated on that board. Open up the back of your TV and take a look at the boards and the wiring. Check for obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors. Post some good pictures of the boards and post those with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.
