Hi my name is Sharon and model num is LN. T52685F. Serial num AJ33CFP801778P and it comes on or click on but mo picture but its sounding like it cutting on and of still no pucture at all.

the clicking you hear is most likely the relay on the power board. We would have to see your boards to evaluate them for damaged components. You will need a multimeter to measure a few things later on. Make sure that you have a few hand tools and a meter before you deicde to work on it. First remove the back of your TV and take a good look around. Check the boards for any obviously damaged looking parts like leaky or domed looking capacitors etc. Then take some good pictures and post those with your question. That will allow us to see what you see.
Just by your sentence alone it appears to be a bad power board.
