JBL Tune 500bt flashes red while charging and doesn't turn on.

JBL Tune 500bt flashes red while charging and doesn't turn on. When it turns on it connects for 2 seconds and turns off battery says 80-90% battery when turned on and can't turn back on for 5minutes. Flashing red light when charging instead of the solid red light when normally charges. Any fix would be great. Thanks ANSWERS:
