Lid locked during bulky bedding cycle & won't open

Lid locked during bulky bedding cycle & won't open The bulky/bedding cycle was almost complete, but now the lid is locked & no lights are on. I tried unplugging it for 10 minutes, but that didn’t work. Help! ANSWERS:
