My LG tv has colored vertical lines

My LG 60inch led tv has white screen when turning on and stays white. When turning on the LG logo is visible but very hard to see in contrast to the bright white screen. When i unplugged one of the ribbon cables from the t-con board the left side is white with no logo visible. When i unplugged the other half of the t-con board, the right half shows vertical lines up and down the screen. Also with both ribbon cables connected to the T-con board, then the tv turns on it, fades in. I tried to see if anything would show up on the tv with the HDMI but nothing showed up on the tv and it stayed as a white screen. The t-con board gets really hot very quickly as well.
