My speedometer is not working properly on my 04 f150.

My speedometer is not working properly on my 04 f150. At a stop it reads at 60mph, while driving at about 50mph it reads at around 100-120 mph. It was working fine and then it just started doing this. I left it overnight and this morning the needle is still stuck at 60 while parked. Anyone know what is going on?
