My Whirlpool Refrigerator is running but not cooling/freezing
I just recently purchased a home with a Whirlpool french door fridge with the freezer in the bottom and another access tray in the middle. It is model GZ25FSRXYY0 - S/N K14105995. I can hear it running but it is not cooling or freezing at all. The previous owner told me that her children pushed some of the buttons on the control panel and it stopped cooling once before. When the tech came out she said he told her it was in demo mode, pushed some combination on the display and it started working again. I have called Whirlpool and their advice to me was to unplug it for two min and that should reset it. That did not work. I have lowered the temp and put it on fast cool but no luck there. I have read the manual and did not see anything about resetting from demo mode. I have taken the back off and cleaned everything under it that I could reach. Any help/advice is appreciated. thank you :)
