OLED65C9PUA 4 duplicate images horizontally.

OLED65C9PUA 4 duplicate images horizontally. Was working fine for 5 months, then all of a sudden 4 duplicate images horizontally. As if it was only able to generate 1 low res image and then padded to fill 4K. Tried resetting settings as new, disconnected devices, tried every oled and picture setting and nothing fixes it. Anyone think they know what it is? ANSWERS:
