If so, here’s the start of the No Power troubleshooting section of the service manual, that may help.
Be safety aware when testing in the back of the TV with the power connected as there is exposed lethal AC voltage on the P board. Disconnect the power from the TV when testing all the fuses shown in the flowchart using an Ohmmeter."
