Panasonic TC-L55E50 tv is blinking red light.

My TC-L55E50 TV is blinking red light 16 times per minute. i replaced the T-CON board and the power board. Did not solve the issue.The picture comes on when turned on, but goes blinking right away. What should be my next step?

ANSWERS:

Ayyangar Komanduri  it would have helped if you would have measured that outputs from the board etc. first. Anyhow, for now all you have left is the main board. So replace it and see what you get.
