Philps tv. Screen not lit but have sound

Philps tv. Screen not lit but have sound Hi i have a philps 49PUT4900/12. The sound works but the image is very dark. It was working then kept going darking. Ive unplugged it and left it for a couple of hours but its still the same. ANSWERS:
