Power Light won't stay on

Power Light won't stay on Apex DT502 digital converter box is hooked up. But when I press the “ON” button — either from the remote or on the box itself — the light turns from red to green, then immediately back to red. It won’t stay green at all. If I press and hold the power button on the box, it just flashes red. Any solutions? ANSWERS:
