Rear door issue, using key wont turn?

Rear door issue, using key wont turn? Hi, I have a 2002 dodge caravan se, my rear door won’t open using my car key. If I insert my key it will not turn to open, it is stuck. Is there a way to open rear door manually? Or how to fix this?
