Replaced DLP chip and no picture.

Replaced DLP chip and no picture. I replaced the DLP chip. Turned on tv and nothing. The tv tries to come on but just black screen and red blink light. Then nothing. So, we replaced the bulb. and still nothing. ANSWERS:
