The screen keeps flashing the model number is 55L310U
Does it have a board or lights that can be replaced

This is usually caused by a bad backlight array. that is inside your panel so a total dismantle would be needed. you also need to check the power board. Measure the output to the LED’ backlight and see if it is consistent. We would need to either see your boards or at least have the right numbers to try to assist you with that.
