TV picture won't show until turning off/on for several times right awa

TV picture won't show until turning off/on for several times right awa I have a TV LCD model LNT4072FXXZAA. When I turn power switch one the tv comes on and on-off tone sounds but the picture does not come on right away. Then other times it comes on right away ANSWERS:
