I have this problem after trying to update my charge 3. Unfortunatelly for me, this method does not work.

you have to keep the Connect button and the volume + button pressed when the device is switched on

Just fixed mine with same issue.

I tried this process but did not solve my problem to.

I have the same issue. Now my Charge 3 does not connect.
