What kind of screwdriver do you need to open the back?

What kind of screwdriver do you need to open the back? Hi I'm trying to fix my Fitbit charge, I'm pretty sure that is not working anymore because a water damage. If anyone knows can kind of screwdriver do you need to put apart the screws from the back I will be very thankful.

"I can confirm that it is a T3 Torx screw in the Fitbit Charge (NOT CHARGE HR). Here is a replacement battery with all of the necessary tools (including T3 Torx Screwdriver) for the repair:

Fitbit Charge and Charge HR are different beasts. My Fitbit Charge (non-replaceable wrist band) used T2.
