Why all it shows on my Zune a exlamation mark?

Why all it shows on my Zune a exlamation mark? I just dropped my Zune and now when I trie to turn it on it just shows a exlamation mark I tried to restart it and it shows the same thing how do I fix it? ANSWERS:
