Why do I have no power to my Vehichle Speed Sensor?

Why do I have no power to my Vehichle Speed Sensor? I am trying to trace a no power problem to my VSS. I need to know where it connects to and what possible problems could be causing it to get no power? Does it connect to any modules or is it a direct connect to something? | |
