Why does the dryer turn on and then just stop?
The clothes dryer will work like normal, and then the next day it won't turn on. It works when it feels like it. I've checked the fuse box and electrical connections.

You may have a dryer motor that is getting heated beyond normal operating temperature. When the motor is gets over heated, it stops running. With time the dryer cools down, and when you start the dryer it runs again until the motor temperature reaches its high temperature limit. This cycle of running when the motor is cold and stopping when the motor is heated will continue until the motor is replaced.
