Why is my Fitbit not vibrating

Why is my Fitbit not vibrating I have tried just about everything to get my Fitbit vibrate. It doesn’t work with anything including timers, alarms, when I reach 10k steps or notifications. I think the vibrator is broken. Can you replace it?
