Why is my gear S does not pair?

Why is my gear S does not pair? I baught a gear s and i tried to pair it with my galaxy S6 and my device doesn't find it in gear maneger... i tried to pair t with another device and still have the same problem... i tried to format it and i updated it from samsung kies still have the same problem???!!
