Why is my Jeep “Misfiring”? Every morning when I pull out of apt lot?

Why is my Jeep “Misfiring”? Every morning when I pull out of apt lot? For some reason like clockwork, every morning when I take my fiancé to work. I start my Jeep, let it run for a bit to smoke a cigarette, then once I pull out of my parking lot, and then turn onto the busy street. It’s always busy so I have to step on the gas to make that left turn to avoid getting into an accident but even on days when there are no cars around, and when I step on the gas It feels like it’s having a hard time trying to get up to 20-40 mph, and then with my foot on the gas, it feels like the Jeep is misfiring or going into neutral. Like I step on the gas then once I feel that it’s having a hard time or misfiring, I would take my foot off the pedal then it will slow down, and I would put my foot back on the gas, then it finally catches up , and I’ll be able to drive my Jeep normally again with no issues. For some reason this only happens every morning when I’m taking my fiancé to work and rarely any other time throughout the rest of the day. Would anybody know what’s wrong and what I would have to do to fix this issue?
