Why is my Kitchenaid fridge not dispensing ice?

Why is my Kitchenaid fridge not dispensing ice? My fridge model ksrg25fvms01 makes ice but won’t dispense it when the button is pressed. There is neither a click nor motor noise. I have swapped out the dispenser control board and ice auger motor and tested the switch. The delay is faulty but should’t affect dispensing. Can I test the control board in case the replacement is faulty as well? How do I test the electrical supply to the auger motor? What else am I missing….
