Why is my GE refrigerator not making any ice?

Why is my GE refrigerator not making any ice? I’ve recently replaced the water filter and water is dispensing but when i took a look at the ice tray nothing was being made. No water is going into the ice mold tray. I don’t know what else to do. please help!!
