"@shan321 it is easily possible that this “screen display horizontal /vertical lines” is a bad panel. LCD panels like the one you would possibly need are not easy to come by. You will need to do an online search based on the label on the back of the panel not your TV model number. The panels may have had revisions etc. which can cause issue for the replacement, thuis make sure you look for the same panel number as you currently have. You can also try and see if you can find used ones on places like ebay, craigslist, pawn shops etc.
