Why won't my kegerator cool below 60F after moving?

Why won't my kegerator cool below 60F after moving? I recently acquired an older Beverage air BM23 on Craigslist for $200 and drove it home in my car. It traveled on its side for maybe 2 hours, but I let it rest for 2 days before turning it on. Now it won’t cool below 60. The previous owner had it plugged in when we arrived and it felt cold, but now that I think back I didn’t look that closely, but I trust the guy and have emailed him since and he assured me it was working fine before. I’m not a super handy person but have looked up some basic troubleshooting and looked at the super obvious things. Both fans are running (in the fridge and right next to the compressor), it sounds like the compressor is running and it gets hot after running for a while (so I think that’s working), None of the parts I could see looked extremely dusty or frozen over or anything, the compressor (and compressor fan) turns off when I turn the thermostat to “off” and back on when I turn it to a number. I’ve tried turning the thermostat to “off” letting it rest another day, then turning it back on and it still didn’t work. Any idea what the problem could be? Nothing looks obviously wrong and it sounds good, it just won’t get cold! Absolutely any help would be appreciated!!!
