atm problem

Dear sir/madam:

Good day... my name is monica miralpes manzana
I have problem for my atm...
My atm crab on the machine of ADIB.
When I iquiry my balance for withraw my money.
But I put many pin that's why it happen.
I go in the bank of ADIB
But they told me they send it back on the philippine bank.
Where the one I open..
What can I do for this things...,
Please help me @ advice....
