Scarborough shoal also known as the Panatag shoal is a territory of the Philippines. The Scarborough shoal is formerly administered by the Philippines. But in 2012 the China invade the shoal and slowly build their structures there even though it is not yet proven that the owner of the shoal is the China. The Philippines should make an action to this kind of matter. The right owner of the Scarborough shoal is the Philippines. :))
