Procedures on How to Avail of Urban Agricultural Training in Cebu City, Philippines
1. Submit letter request indicating the desired training with the schedule and venue it is to be conducted. Person-in-charge receives request letter. He/she Forwards request letter to DH for any action. He/she checks request letter for any action by the DH. He/she informs Urban Agriculture Coordinator of the request.
2. Follow up the request for approval. Inform requisitioner of the action taken/approval by the DH.
3. Prepare training venue and gather group members. Prepare training modules and materials.
4. Attend training as scheduled. Facilitates training proper.
