PROCEDURES ON HOW TO REQUEST FOR DELIVERY OF POTABLE WATER IN CEBU

Follow these steps...	Wait while Person-in-charge...	Approach...	It will take...
1. Submit request letter to Mayor's office.	1. Receives and assesses request letter.	Mirasol/Marites, Receiving Clerk at Mayor's Office	5 minutes
2. Make a follow-up call at the Mayor's Office to check whether or not the letter is approved.	2. Informs the client of the result of the request. 3. Forwards approved request to DPS.		2 days from submission of request letter
3. Call DPS to check whether the approved letter of request is forwarded to their office.	4. Inspects teh area to check accessibility of the water tanker trucks.	Danilo Catalya and Seleuco Rita	3 hours
