Hi..concern kolang po..nag over pin po ako sa atm ko.cguro maraming beses ko syang na wrong pin.then nung kukuha ako ng sahod ko hindi na sya gumagana. First timer kopo kasi.nag report po ako sa agency namen na ganun nangyre..hindi ko magamit atm ko.. tapos pinag fill up po ako ulit ng bago. Ask ko lang po sana gaano po ba katagal ang tinatagal bago mkuha ulit yung atm na pinapalitan ko. Almost 4months kona po kasi hindi mkuha sahod ko. Lage po kasi sbe skin processing pa daw. Salamat po sa pag sagot

Hi.. I am a depositor together with my grandson Jerson Benedict Galarion at your branch. I am out of the country right now but usually manage our account when i'm in the country. My daughter Antonette Potian sent moneygram remittance of $500 this June & i instructed my grandson to deposit the full remittance of $500 to our dollar account.
I understood from your manager/supervisor that if i deposited the full remittance amount we received from abroad, that it would be immediately credited to our dollar account.i checked our dollar account recently & it shows that the $500 has been treated like a dollar cash deposit & has not been credited to the balance.
Please confirm & explain why. I have been in contact by email with customer service but they have not given me a satisfactory answer.
