ilang days na po ko nataway sa customer service niyo.. I'm trying to connect para po kuha ung pin ko sa card para po sa PAG-IBIG loan ko.. but still ang hirap niyo po macontact.. bigla na lang mapuputol ang line niyo.. gusto ko lang nman maactivate na yung card ko and makakuha ng pin number and maencash ang loan..Need ko na talaga yun.. need ko na din ung tulong niyo.

I have been trying to reach your Hotline number for inquiries and it has been almost 2 hours before I got through but sad to say upon selecting the number to talk to an operator, it will be again another hours.
