31st Principals Development Program and National Board Conference (PDP-NBC)

The Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) in coordination with the Bureau of Elementary Education (BEE) will conduct the 31st Principals Development Program and National Board Conference (PDP-NBC) with the theme "School Leaders and Managers: Gearing Up for K to 12 Implementation,” on April 24-2 6, 2012 at the Hollywood Palm Beach Resort, White Beach Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. The Conference aims to:

1. provide the school heads (SHs) with a deeper understanding of the K to 12 Curriculum;
2. enhance them in engaging shared leadership and responsibility for K to 12 implementation;
3. develop the Excellence in School Organizations (ESOs) among the SHs (KRT 4);
4. explain the concepts, procedures and strategies of multi-literacies particularly in the Mother Tongue (MT) in Science and Mathematics; and
5. develop the spirit of camaraderie among the SHs.
   

The participants to this activity are the PESPA national officers and board members, SHs, principals, head teachers (HTs) and teachers-in-charge (TICs) from both public and private schools.

Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP3,600.00) to cover expenses for food, conference materials, kits and other related expenses.
