The Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) through the US Pinoys for Good Governance (USP4GG) invites Filipino students to participate in the Essay Contest as announced in DepEd Advisory No. 550, s. 2012. Interested students are advised of the following information:
- The submission of entries will be open from December 1, 2012 to February 1, 2013. There will be separate categories for high school students and college students; and
- The awarding ceremony will be held on February 25-27, 2013, during the Global Summit of Filipinos in Diaspora at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Manila. Successful participants will receive cash prizes and certificate for each category.
Other provisions of said Advisory still remain.
