E-Planner of the Philippine Institute for Leadership and Enterprise (PhILSE)

This academic planner advocates and promotes Filipino greatness to inspire the lives of the people and initiate both small and big acts of patriotism. In its ongoing efforts, the PhILSE endeavors to reach out to the Filipino youth especially those who have just started in college to provide useful tools and various opportunities for nation-building. It wishes to inspire the young Filipinos to:

Envision. Set personal visions and goals so they can have clear directions in the years using the Performance Governance Scorecard (PGS), a management tool for tracking performance developed at the Harvard University Business School, which helps translate statements of governance and vision to actionable strategies, exclusively implemented by the Institute of Solidarity for Asia (ISA), which approved PhILSE’s partnership request in cascading the technology to the youth sector;

Explore. Know the many ways of realizing their visions through inspiring stories and words from young personalities and organizations advocating for the youth; and

Engage. Transform their vision and inspiration into concrete actions by providing venues for intellectual discussions, active participation in nation-building events and the like.
