“The procurement protocols used by ABC Manufacturing should aim to get each customer’s product quickly and efficiently so that the company can manage the post procurement process as soon as possible.”
Next, you should explain the problem. Following our “ideal state” earlier, we can now start a sentence with “However or “Unfortunately” to show that we’ve identified the issue present.
However, ABC Manufacturing’s current procurement system is ineffecient and wastes both the time of the employees and the customers. This slow process has created an unfavorable brand image.
Following this, you could now provide a solution for the issue at hand. Here is an example:
